ORDER PROCESS
PHOTOS: First, send me a photo.
I work entirely from photos, so first I will need your favorite picture that you’d like turned into a portrait. HIgh resolution photos with natural lighting work best. (You must either own the rights to your photo or have written permission from the photographer). While I can work from a low resolution photo please remember that the better your photo, the better your artwork. The more detail I am able to see in the photo the more detailed your portrait will be.
SIZE: Decide what size portrait you want.
Each piece is custom made, you can choose any size you’d like in addition to the sizes listed. Square, panoramic, large to cover a big wall, or 3 small portraits of different poses to line up next to each other. Get creative!
BACKGROUND: Choose a background style.
Some people love the modern look of a patterned background, others are drawn to something a little more simple. Let me know which style you prefer. If you have a specific color pattern in mind, or know the color scheme of the room you plan to hang your art, let me know that, too.

All canvases are custom ordered and any size can be done.
Contact me for an exact quote if you would like a size other than those listed below.
If you’d like to include more than one pet in your artwork, add $150 for each additional pet within one canvas.
FINAL STEPS
Once we’ve determined size and the photo I’ll be using, I will send you my art commission contract and require a 50% deposit to secure your spot on my list. Once I finish your portrait, you will receive a low resolution digital proof to approve. Do not be afraid to ask for changes, in both the background design and the actual portrait of your pet. Your input is welcome and expected. I rely on the photos as well as your comments to get your pet right.
PLEASE NOTE: As not all computer monitors are the same, colors or contrast might vary slightly from actual artwork.
After any revisions, I will send you another proof to get your final approval. Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included in your price. Addition revisions require an additional fee. Once the portrait is approved, I will proceed with finalizing and the remaining balance is due prior to shipment.
